Verify You Can Use Zoom Apps

Due to certain security restrictions, not every Zoom user is currently able to access Zoom Apps. Many organization-associated accounts (companies or schools) are not able to download Zoom Apps, but almost all personal accounts can. If your event host shares the same organization Zoom account as you (e.g. same company or school), you can ask them if you can use Zoom Apps and if Shuffle is whitelisted. To be on the safe side, you can always use a personal Zoom account!

  1. Open and sign in to the Zoom Desktop Client for Windows, macOS, or Linux. (You MUST be signed in before joining the meeting to see the Apps button.)
