Supported Devices: Zoom Desktop Client

Zoom Desktop Client for Windows, macOS, or Linux. Mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, and Androids currently do not support Zoom Apps.

Supported Zoom Version: 5.9.3

Before Your Event

The great thing about Shuffle being fully embedded in Zoom is that you don’t have to share any external links to other online event platforms! You get the benefit of speed dating, matchmaking, and map mode all right in Zoom!

The downside is that Zoom Apps currently face a set of restrictions that can make them difficult to use. Organization accounts on Zoom (schools or companies) can be subject to the following:

• Zoom Apps Disabled - If the administrator for an organization’s Zoom account has not enabled Zoom Apps, no Zoom user from that account will have access to Zoom Apps during meetings.
• Pre-Approving Shuffle - If the administrator for an organization’s Zoom account has not approved all Zoom App downloads or has not pre-approved Shuffle, no Zoom user from that account will be able to use Shuffle.
